The 4 bedroomed luxury villa is only just the start, because once you start to explore you will find multiple outdoor eating areas, many private corners to relax and restore, a huge architectural pool house & gym, with a 21m outdoor pool house, a tennis court amidst the olive grove and our new purpose-built yoga studio that overlooks it.

In the published rates we include: 

Welcome basket and Prosecco on arrival

Twice weekly change of towels

Bedlinen is refreshed weekly on a Saturday

All heating, water and gas is included

Complimentary still & sparkling drinking water and ice

Davines selection of toiletries in each bathroom, changed weekly 

Our White Glove Service can help you relax at home, whilst our fantastic tailor-made experiences are designed around your needs. We only work with the best providers who are in high demand so we recommend you book ahead to ensure availability.

Seasonal Rates

Villa Olivo has been designed to be a perfect location for all seasons and is available to rent all-year round but Please note, there is additional charge of €300 / week to heat the pool. 

Peak - €8 000 per week
June 27th – September 5th

Mid - €6 400 per week
May 30th – June 27th | September 6th – October 3rd

Low - €4 000 per week
January 1st – May 30th | October 4th – December 31st

Booking Information

Please note, in Peak and Mid seasons, bookings are subject to a 7-night minimum stay and must run Saturday to Saturday. 

Low Season bookings are subject to a 4-night minimum stay. 

You are welcome to checkin from 4pm on day of arrival. We kindly request that you vacate the property by 10am on day of departure.
