Designed with luxury in mind, each with their own garden, gym, swimming pool, along with spacious indoor/outdoor living areas.

The Villa’s are connected via their gardens with a state of the art studio overlooking olive groves nestled in between – creating the ultimate retreat, holiday or experience. Book both Villas for up to 22 guests or separately with Villa Oliveto sleeping 8 and Villa Olivo sleeping 14.

Our experienced concierge team offer exceptional custom services, authentic experiences and itineraries. From outdoor experiences such as truffle hunting and sailing to in-villa activities such as massage, cooking classes and sound healing – the options are endless.

  • Many indoor and outdoor lounge areas to enjoy with friends or relax on your own.

  • Sea view, sea air, rolling hills and our very own olive grove of over 400 trees.

  • Many experiences to choose from including truffle hunting, wine tasting, olive oil making to name just a few.

  • The Adriatic coastline is 10 minutes away and you can bike down the bike path 5 minutes from the  Estate.

  • The clear, crystal waters of the protected Riviera del Conero area are 30 minutes away, perfect for the Spring, Summer and early Autumn months. You will find many great restaurants, beaches, hikes, biking and water sports there.

  • To the east, you will find the incredible imposing and dramatic Sibilini Mountains and National park where you can bike, hike, paraglide, go truffle hunting or visit vineyards to name a few!

  • To the north you can find the Unesco Heritage site of Urbino and many hilltop towns.

  • Go south to find Ascoli Piceno and an incredible wine region amongst the rolling hills.

Vitality and quality of life directly influence the food we eat. Our fresh, healthy & delicious, homemade food prepared by our selection of chefs are all prepared with local, fresh, quality ingredients.

·        Both Olivo & Oliveto have indoor and outdoor options (of varying sizes).

·        Enjoy our BBQ (gas and charcoal) and also two pizza ovens (Industrial and a smaller sized Delivita Oven)

·        Select from Mediterranean, vegan or vegetarian cuisine

·        All food is locally sourced where possible

·        Our menu can be designed to suit your timings and dietary requirements of guests.
