Oliveto Estate is a private luxury hilltop retreat in Le Marche, Italy — featured in Vogue, The Sunday Times, Condé Nast Traveller, Elle Decor, and Esquire. Set across 9 acres of manicured gardens and olive grove, the estate offers two villas sleeping up to 22 guests in total, with world-class wellness facilities, a dedicated concierge, and access to some of the most authentic experiences Italy has to offer. It's been described as 'the Four Seasons of retreat venues' by guests who know.
Every stay is completely tailored. We host private family holidays, group celebrations, wellness breaks, adventure holidays, gastronomic tours, cultural immersions, intimate weddings for under 40 guests, and multi-generational family retreats. We also run a programme of hosted retreats throughout the year — yoga, pilates, wellness, cycling, cooking, and cultural retreats led by world-class facilitators — which you can join as an individual or small group via our Join a Retreat page.
All year round. Le Marche's four seasons each offer something distinct: spring for wildflowers, festivals, and fresh produce; summer for long beach days and the Adriatic; autumn for truffle season and harvest; winter for cosier stays and fewer crowds. The villas are fully heated and air conditioned throughout.
Villa Olivo sleeps up to 14 guests across 7 ensuite bedrooms with 1,600 sqm of luxury indoor and alfresco living space, its own spa, two pools, one heatable, and two gyms. Villa Oliveto sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 ensuite bedrooms, set within its own olive grove, with 2,400 sqm of living space, a tennis court, the yoga studio, and enchanting gardens with sea views. Book both for the full Oliveto Estate Takeover — 22 guests across 11 ensuite bedrooms and the full run of 9 acres.
